Here at Fife Exotics we offer a genuine 24/7 service where our specialist team can help you with your clinical problems and guide you through the paperwork that allows cases to be sent to us.

We accept referrals from all practices in Scotland.​ To refer a case to us simply book an appointment for your client or have them book their own via our bookings page​ (no need to register) and then send us the details we need (listed below) in an email.

In the email, pop us your details including: name of the referring vet, the name of the referring practice, the practice address, email and phone number. The name of the client, their phone number, the name of their pet and their medical history (if you've seen them before).

​​Once you've contacted us, we can discuss any next steps. Our team is small, so although someone responding may not have been the primary point of contact, please know that we are all involved behind the scenes and are each aware of your case details.
